The prize draw is open to all UK, European, North America, South America, Asia, Africa and Australasia residents, except employees of Domino Recording Co. Ltd., whose registered office is at Unit 3, Delta Park, Smugglers Way, London, SW18 1EG ("Domino"), their immediate families, agents or any third party professionally connected to the prize draw.
Domino may require proof that you are eligible to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter or win but internet connection will be needed.
Entrants are required to provide their email address and preferred location for attendance. Your email address will be added to the Beth Gibbons mailing list, maintained by Domino. In this instance, Domino may pass your email information to third parties to confirm attendance information. Any communications will also provide links and allowance to unsubscribe in any messages sent.
All entries must be submitted via http://bethgibbons.net between Thursday 4th April 2024 at 00:01 BST and Friday 26th April at 23:59 BST. Only one entry per person will be valid. Incomplete entries and entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified and will not be counted.
Winners will receive: Entry to the pre-album release listening event for Beth Gibbons’s Lives Outgrown(1).
A maximum of one hundred (100) winners will be chosen at random by Domino from the eligible and qualifying entries received for all territories. Winners will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) no later than Friday 3rd May.
Domino reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part thereof) for a prize of equivalent monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control. Domino is not responsible for any suspension of the prize draw or inability to award any prize contemplated herein due to any event beyond its control. There is no cash alternative to the prize (or any part thereof). The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Domino's decisions regarding all matters relating to this prize draw are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Domino reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify an individual deemed to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Domino will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond Domino’s reasonable control: technology failures of any kind, problems with collection of or winner's failure to claim or collect a prize correctly, any act or default of a third party supplier. This exclusion does not exclude Domino’s liability for its own fraud, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence.
Domino will use each entrant's personal details for the purposes of administering this prize draw only and may use winners' name, image, town or country of residence to announce the winners of this prize draw and for any reasonably related promotional purposes without additional remuneration. The information you provide will only be used for prize notification and fulfillment purposes.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties exclusively submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
